Most people who come to us are. Catch-up is priced once, from how far behind you are and how much is actually there. These are the bands that price comes from.
A person reads your books before we name the number, so the band can move if there is more there than the months suggest. Whatever it lands on, you see it in writing first and nothing is charged until you say yes.

When this price is wrong for you
$199 works because we do one kind of bookkeeping well: cash-basis books for consultants and small agencies, one entity, no inventory, no job costing. If you need inventory tracked, job or project costing, several entities, or more than one currency, we will say so and point you somewhere better rather than take the money.
