Because they are not the work. Knowing you are nine months behind does not close nine months, and knowing what a 1099-K is does not reconcile it against your revenue. What these do is remove the reason people stall, which is not knowing what they are looking at.
Neither one asks for your email, and neither one stores anything. If you want the work done after that, we are $199 a month with catch-up quoted as a fixed price in writing before anything is charged. If you do not, the tools still work.
