SMS Terms

TidyMonth (a service operated by Enbrite LLC) answers inbound calls to (267) 209-8318 with an AI phone agent named Riley. This page describes the only way TidyMonth ever sends a text message, and exactly how consent is collected for it.
How consent is collected
Consent is collected verbally, during a live phone call, and only in one specific way. Near the end of a call, if the caller has expressed interest in signing up, Riley reads this exact disclosure and asks for consent in the same breath:
"Want me to text you a one-time link from TidyMonth to finish signing up? Message and data rates may apply, and you can reply stop anytime to opt out. You can find our privacy policy at tidymonth.com slash privacy, and our terms at tidymonth.com slash terms."
Those are our Privacy Policy at https://tidymonth.com/privacy and our Terms of Service at https://tidymonth.com/terms.
Only if the caller answers yes does Riley send a text message. If the caller declines, or the question never comes up because the call does not reach that point, no text message is sent. Every call is recorded and transcribed, so this consent (or the absence of it) is captured as a verifiable record.
What the message says
Exactly one message is sent per call, and it is always this one:
"Hi, this is Riley from TidyMonth! Here's the link to finish up: https://tidymonth.com/start?src=riley_phone_agent
Reply STOP to opt out."
This is a one-time message, not a recurring subscription. TidyMonth never sends a follow-up text, a marketing text, or any message other than this one link, and never texts anyone who has not just verbally agreed to it on a call.
Opting out
Reply STOP to the text message at any time to be unsubscribed from any future messages. Reply HELP for help, or call (267) 209-8318. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency: one message per call, at most.
